In the event of a successful protest or appeal, the original result used to settle a bet may not be revised except under highly exceptional circumstances.

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or while using bk8malaysia
• Engaging in fraud, manipulation, or any other unlawful activity
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or exploit the system
• Using unauthorised automated software or methods
• Disrupting the normal operation of the platform or the experience of other members

10.2 Termination by Member

You may close your bk8malaysia account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending transactions will be settled first. Any valid remaining balance in your account will be returned once the compliance review is complete.

11Liability Limit
